1. Product(s) damaged?
Please send us a picture as soon as possible to customercare@urbannatureculture.com with your explanation and order information.

2. Other reason? Follow our checklist:
✓ Download the return form, fill in completely and send it together with the parcel
✓ Send the parcel stamped to: urbannatureculture.com, Dep. Returns, De Boorn 15, 8253 RA Dronten The Netherlands
✓ We recommend courier within NL: Post.nl
✓ Exchange for other products is not possible, we will refund the order amount
✓It will be refunded by bank transfer (within 14 days) when we correctly received everything 
✓ You can re-order the correct product via our web shop
✓ Check out our ‘Terms and Conditions’ about your right to return

Complaints
 
Despite every effort that we do to meet all of your needs, it can occur that you still have a complaint about our services. You can file a complaint by e-mail or by sending a letter to our customer service department. We will review the complaint and attempt to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. Send your complaint to customercare@urbannatureculture.com. If it relates to an order, please mention also your order id number and model number.
